Path · Train your AI agent

Teach an AI agent to do a job well.

Intelligence Packs: the role, the decisions, the rules and the human approval points.

An Intelligence Pack is a course for an agent. It covers what the job is, which decisions the agent may make on its own, the rules it must follow, and where a person has to approve. Every pack can be tested. The same pack can train a person, an agent, or both together.

Who a pack can train

A person

Someone new to the role learns the job the same way the agent does: the decisions, the rules, the hand-offs. Completion record at the end.

An agent

The pack becomes the agent's instructions and test set. You run the tests, see what it got right, and fix the gaps before it touches real work.

Both together

The person learns where they approve and where the agent decides. They train on the same scenarios, so the hand-off is clear from day one.

Inside a pack

Every Intelligence Pack has the same five parts, so a person and an agent read the same job the same way.

1

The role

What the job is, who it serves, what "done well" looks like.

2

The decisions

Which calls the agent makes on its own, and the information it needs for each.

3

The rules

What it must always do, must never do, and when to say "I'm an AI, let me get a person."

4

The approval points

Where a human signs off before anything happens: money, legal, promises to a customer.

5

The tests

Real scenarios with the right answers, so you can check the agent before it works.

How your Guide helps

Nexa AI and Agenary AI, the Agenarys Academy guides (AI)

Agenarys AI

Your course Guide · AI

Walks you through each part of the pack, helps you write the rules and approval points in plain language, and runs the tests with you. It does not replace a lawyer, accountant, doctor or licensing office.

How grading works

Every course uses the same four levels: Bronze "Completed" (80%+), Silver "Proficient" (88%+), Gold "Distinguished" (95%+, within 2 attempts) and Platinum "Mastery". For an agent, the pack's tests are the check: a critical mistake means that run doesn't pass, and you fix it and run again.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. A pack is written in plain language: the job, the decisions, the rules and the approval points. Your Guide (AI) helps you write it.

Which agents can a pack train?

Information not available

What does "it can be tested" mean?

Each pack ships with real scenarios and the right answers. You run the agent against them and see what it got right before it works on anything real.

Can the agent make decisions about money or legal matters?

Those are human approval points in every pack. The agent prepares; a person approves.

Is this available in Spanish?

Yes. The Academy and its Guides work in English and Spanish.
